Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately on both monthly and annual plans, with a prorated charge for the difference. Monthly downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can be scheduled to downgrade at renewal — your current tier holds for the full annual term, then transitions at renewal with no refund. You can cancel at any time – no cancellation fees.
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period from your first purchase – cancel within that window for a full refund. After 14 days, you keep access until the end of your term but no refund is issued. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before renewal. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing.

Your data is yours. We never use it to train models and we never sell it. Analysis on the Data Alchemy Platform, including its AI features, runs on Knowsis-operated hardware in Cape Town, so your uploaded datasets are not sent to an external AI provider. Our self-serve products work differently, and our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what leaves our systems for each one.
