Knowsis is POPIA compliant. The audit document itself is retained for 90 days for support purposes (so we can re-send it if you lose the email), and then deleted.
The audit is generated by AI working from the Knowsis questionnaire design framework. AI can make mistakes, and a R50 automated review isn't a replacement for an experienced researcher reviewing your work in detail. Think of it as a useful first pass that catches the issues a busy team is most likely to miss before fielding, with severity-ranked findings you can act on immediately.
