Every analysis carries a confidence verdict

Five quality dimensions are scored across the pre-flight scan of your file and the post-run model. The weakest link governs the overall band. If your data is not strong enough to support strong recommendations, the report says so, and tells you which dimension was the constraint.

No false certainty. No hedged consultantese. If the analysis can carry a confident reading of where to act first, you get it. If it cannot, you get a clear note on what the data would need to lift it next time.

This sits in the body of every report, not buried in a footnote. It is the first thing a senior reader should see.

Your file is processed in confidence and used only to produce your results. Uploaded files are deleted within 7 days of delivery. Outputs retained 90 days for support, then deleted. Not used as training data, not shared with third parties.

Honest answers to the questions most people ask before they upload.

What kind of file do I need?

A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file with two essential columns: the NPS score (0 to 10) and the verbatim response explaining that score. Anything else, region, customer type, tenure band, can be included for the subgroup breakdowns in the Pro tier.

There is no template to fill in. Your existing export from any survey platform is fine.

How long does it take?

Most analyses complete within one working day of submission. Larger files and the Pro tier with subgroup breakdowns can take slightly longer.

The branded report lands in your inbox when it is ready. You do not need to keep a tab open or check back.

What if my data is not strong enough?

If your data cannot support strong recommendations, the report says so. You see exactly which dimension was the constraint and what would lift it for the next wave. No false certainty.

Can I get a tailored version?

Yes. The standard tiers cover most NPS analyses up to 10,000 responses. Bespoke engagements with larger samples, additional outcome measures beyond NPS, multi-wave tracking, or custom reporting formats are scoped separately.
