A session is one complete analysis run — uploading data, configuring the analysis, and generating results. Each app tracks sessions separately.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time — no cancellation fees.

What is your refund policy?

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period from your first purchase — cancel within that window for a full refund. After 14 days, you keep access until the end of your term but no refund is issued. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before renewal. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via our payment provider Paystack. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice or EFT.
